Restrictions on Use and Non-Distribution
1. All content, data, reports, and materials provided through this subscription are proprietary to Hottinger Signals and are intended solely for the individual use of the Subscriber.

The Subscriber expressly agrees not to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Information, in whole or in part, to any third party without prior written consent from Hottinger Signals.

2. Account Security and Credential Sharing
Subscriptions are granted on an individual basis. The Subscriber is strictly prohibited from sharing login credentials, passwords, or account access with any other individual or entity.

3. Remedies for Breach
Any unauthorized sharing, distribution, or duplication of the Information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Hottinger Signals reserves the right to immediately terminate the subscription without refund and pursue any legal or equitable remedies available under the law, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.
